PARENT MEETING Thanks to all who were able to join us at the parent meeting on February 6th. Next parent meeting is March 5th at 6:00 pm.

DINNER VARIETY SHOW Your help is still needed to make this a successful event. Please contact Paula Gubrud-Howe at 503.658.5311 or gubrud_p@mhcc.edu to volunteer your time. The more we earn at this event, the less each member will have to pay for tour.

RAFFLE ITEMS All Genesis Members who bring an auction item to practice this Sunday will receive $5.00 in their accounts! These items will be used for the general raffle. In addition, the kids were divided into "Faith Factor" groups at Seaside and each of these groups will be responsible for putting together a theme basket to be used during the oral auction. Larger items donated will be used for a silent auction. If you need any information, please contact Elaine Marshall at 503.665.6551 or email her at Lainy_M@hotmail.com . Raffle tickets were handed out to members at the last practice. If you need more, let Elaine know or pick more up at the practice on Sunday.

TICKET SALES Tickets for the dinner on March 12th are also now available. Prices have been set as follows: Thirteen - adult are $8.00, 5 - 12 year olds are $5.00 and children under 5 are free. Pick them up Sunday or contact Paula. 

FUNDRAISING This Sunday, February 26th is the fundraiser for Pizza Schmizza! Enclosed you will find the form needed to be turned in at the time of ordering. Be sure to put your child's name's on them before passing them out. If no name is included funds will go into the general account. If you have any suggestions for fundraising, please contact Mary Cree at 503.665.2421. We will do a cookie dough fundraiser in April tied in with Ann's school. Order forms will go home on April 2nd and turn-in date is April 16th. Delivery of cookie dough is April 16th.

SCRIP Now that Lauren is driving, Vicki Kerbaugh-Mills no longer needs to come in to each practice. She will continue to provide scrip to us, however, by sending it in with Lauren. Please call her at 503.663.3816 or email her at vicki.pcc@verizon.net each week to put in your order. 

TOUR CHAPERONES If you are interested in chaperoning this year's tour please let Gail, Koni or Ann know by this Sunday, February 26th . Tour dates again are June 20 - 27th. Come join the fun!!!

SNACKS Thanks to those of you who have diligently brought snacks for our kids. Clean-up after has been great! The church, however, does not want the empty pop bottles left so please take them with you.

ACTS FOR DINNER THEATER Anyone who wants to perform at the dinner theater on March 12th must have their acts ready to show Ann by Sunday, March 5th.

SWEATSHIRTS The sweatshirts look terrific!! Thanks to Elizabeth Egner for coming up with the idea of 'spreading "His" word' and pushing for the sweatshirts. Her mom, Gail worked up the design and Linda Dyer worked so hard to get them done in time for the Seaside Trip. Since they were to be a surprise for the kids, we kept the info low key. These are sweatshirts that will be ongoing for multiple years of the members' participation in Genesis. If anyone would like to order one for family members, please let Linda Dyer know @ 503.255.7661 or gomom42p@aol.com . The cost is $25.00 per sweatshirt.
